day 2. tourist day

The weather said it was supposed to rain the whole time we were there. We were so blessed on Thursday with sunshine!
We decided to make our way down to the harbor for a full on tourist boat cruise. (we found a coupon code for a BOGO offer. there is always a discount. you just have to google.)

So we started our walk.

Their trashcans are awesome. Hands free and an option to recycle.

 Bedlam taxis.

We hopped on board and saw the city from such a beautiful spot.

They have an airport on a little island and we got to watch the airplanes take off and land right over our heads. My dad and brother would have looved.

Tourist attractions are always the best.

We kept walking, found a wine store and had ourselves a before lunch tasting.
Niagara Falls wine. Not too shabby.

We were making our way to the CN Tower
And debated spending the money to go up, but along the way we found an even better jewel.

The Steam Whistle Brewery.

We love a good brewery tour.

After our 30 minute tour and multiple samples we realized that we hadn't actually had a meal. We snacked all day, but no lunch.

 We needed to eat.

So we ate our first and only meal of the day.
 Chinese.
Always a crowd favorite.

After dominating some eggplant and rice we did some late night shopping and hung out in what we think is their Times Square.
But way less people.

Canada, we love you.

kisses.
