Marshall and I believe the best way to see a city is to walk it.
So today we walked a direction we didn't walk the day before.
This area that we were in is a less touristy part of the city.
There is an area called the Kensignton Market
It's got the whole hippie vibe going on.
All the shops look like giant garage sales.
And you can't try on.
Plant car.
We knew we needed to go to the Distillery District but we didn't plan well.
We ended up heading down there after all the shops were closed.
I think in the summer time this place is happenin'.
Right now, it was just cold.
We found a restaurant (okay, it was a brewery) grabbed some food and drinks and enjoyed the Canadian accents around us.
On our walk home we hit up the grocery store to see if it's like the states.
Looked to be so.
Until we saw the cereal.
Check out that price and the box.
Ahmahzing.
Also, they have bagged milk.
Are we in China?
And the biggest difference about this particular grocery store and ours... this one closed at 6:00 p.m. on the weekends.
How is that possible??
kisses.
